valve cover torque sequence?

Any one know the valve cover torque sequence on a 95 525i? I understand teh torque values are arounf 7 to 10 lbs. TIA

Just start in the middle and work outward.

Thanks. I removed the cover. Now I need to run out and get some gasket cleaner and may repaint the valve cover. Any suggestions. I see some in silver and some in black. Mine is silver. I assume I should use Hi-temp paint.

BTW, I am also replacing the plugs, coil connectors with new Bremis and all the rubber rings around the nuts that hold down the valve cover and of course new valve cover gasket and plug hole seals
