Doesnt sound like you got the 'complete' cover or you probably wouldnt be asking. The outer skin is colour coded to your car but there is a black spring loaded frame behind that. You just put the bottom in place, press in the button to retract the lugs on the frame, push the top in and let go. Oh, and there are two little plastic lines with barbs on the end that hook into the skirt-so if you dont shut it right hopefully it just hangs down and you dont run over it.
