Bumper Paint

What's the best product for repainting the black bumper. I thinking of a liquid primer/topcoat product that can be applied using a 1" sponge brush. Don't have access to a paint sprayer.

Back bumper? Is this the black part under the color portion of the bumper? if so, mask, sand, prime as needed , sand and spray with (rattle can/spray can) product of choice. If in the US check Autozone or Advance for paint and materials.

Bavauto.com has that forever black stuff that is used to redye trim/plastics. Have not used it myself yet so I don't know how well it works.
