I gave the seats a quick look. Where are the four bolts? lol If the car has no power to move the seats, can i still take them out?

you need

http://infinitier.ddo.jp/e32/images/mainte/47/4703.jpg
http://infinitier.ddo.jp/e32/images/mainte/47/4704.jpg
http://infinitier.ddo.jp/e32/images/mainte/47/4705.jpg
and in the front there are hooks
http://infinitier.ddo.jp/e32/images/mainte/47/4709.jpg
To move it forward you do not need a battery. Remove the bowden cable from the motor
http://infinitier.ddo.jp/e32/images/mainte/47/4719.jpg
stick a suitable minus driver of this size into the motor and turn it forward
http://infinitier.ddo.jp/e32/images/mainte/47/4722.jpg
more sphisticated is to use a power drill tool and a suitable adapter to move it forward
don't forget to disconnect the wire plugs under the seat

by console removal, i meant the whole shibangabang from ashtray under the climate control to rear cigarette lighter.
Thanks Shogun for the specific details of the removal.
Do you own the Bentley Manual? Section 513-1 will walk you through the whole console.

It's online somewhere. Search the forum, you should find a link to a pdf (about 60MB)
