Even in death it shines, can hardly see a scratch from the accident, almost looks like it could just spring back into its original form (though sadly of course it can't)

cept for the buckled roof and dash that bows out in the middle, had to one handedly break open the glove box to give the cop my papers as it was squashed, at least 3 corners of my m-coupe 5 lug swap survived to go to the future e30, guess my 633 just moved up a notch to 1st on the project ladder

It's always sad to learn when another member's car gets crunched, and especially sad when it's permanently taken off the road. May it live on as an "organ donor".
Glad you're ok. How did the other driver make out?
Glad to see you're fine anyways.

Tough luck - glad you're okay.
Look at it this way... without the E36 suspension upgrade you probably wouldn't have been able to turn out as much as you did.
Glad you survived okay. Sorry for the car.
See, there was a reason you never painted that bumper.
How did the Honda fare vs. Bavarian steel?

don't know about the other guy, ethnic stereo type aside they strapped him up like a mummy and hauled him off, the rondel is completely silver not missing, i like it that way as the coating only lasts a few years before cracking and it's different, no more pics yet as i didn't go to work today, it was sorta one of those cars outta nowhere things as he popped up around a turning car across my lane. project will continue when i score another e30, didn't pay much attention to the honda's condition but i beleave the e30 "won"

That's just miserable Winfred. Sounds like you should have been driving the beast and hit him harder... all the best for a prompt recovery. :) Nick
ps. I think you should get another e30 and spend a few days doing swapsies...else it will sit and wait. The shark should come after this e30 fun buggy project...
Had you been driving the Dodge the other driver might have avoided the police restraints. A big Zip-Lock bag instead.

That sucks man, I feel ya. To help recuperate some costs, I'll buy some parts for my e30.

i went in to work for a couple hours to do what i could to help but my left hand is still pretty much useless so theres not much to do, i did pick out the son of e30, a blown motor black 89 325is with a rotted red interior, it's a little scruffy with a couple more lumps then daddy had but theres no telling if a better one will show up soon, i haven't decided which to resurrect first my 633 which just needs a head job to get moving (was planning on dropping in a m30b35 with a e30 325i harness and e34 535 computer, which i can still hook to the auto tranny and do a 5 speed later) or get the new e30 going which will be a **** load more work as i don't wanna just slap it together, i am leaning towards getting the 6 on it's wheels and doing the e30 right one time, then getting the 6 fast and nasty
