Thanks to my old roommates help.

Replaced a bunch of stuff:
- Bilstein HD fronts
- Centric Rotors
- Posiquiet ceramic pads
- Upper and lower control arms
- Center link, tie rods, sway bar links, idler arm
- New spring pads, and assorted suspension bits

Fudged up alignment courtesy of tires plus.

ToDos:
- Rear rotors and pads
- Brake fluid flush.
- Rear Bilsteins
- Subframe bushings
- Pitman arms
- rear swaybar links
- Staggered MK 18's and tires.
- Alignment part 2.
- Full detail with the menzerna quartet.

Thanks to all the tips and tricks here and bmwe34.net Esp the one about taking all the arms off with the strut plate and then whaling away at it with a hammer. 5 min and everything was separated. Neat O.

Here's a tip that is VITAL when doing subframe bushings... Make sure you put the new bushings in the freezer over night before taking the old ones out. I never done this on the first one and it took literally a week to get in!

The second 'froze' one took 30 seconds to push in.

(I also used a heat gun on the subframe: bigger hole + smaller bushing = success).
