im on a tight budget, i always see these mufflers on ebay for 19.00, single pipe in, dual out in the e34 section, will they work?, thanks

525s are dual pipe full length of the exhaust arent they?

Get an Ansa form BMA, it is the best option if you have a budget, and for many, even if they don't they still buy waaay worse thinking they are getting something better...

They are junk and don't fit anything except the box they come in.

Well, if you are like me and have a muffler that looks like Sharon Stone took an ice pick to it, and have a real tight budget, I would look into the muffler wraps that are available at most Advance or Auto Zones.

Wet the wrap down and wrap it around your muffler. Let it dry and it should knock down some of that AWESOME (really) sounding rusty muffler noise.

A shame though. When these mufflers rust out, they sound great.

i don't think they sound half bad either, except for the internals rattling around. sometimes it's better to be stealthy.

I have had many compliments on the sound of my rusted out 525 muffler. I just smile.
