I am looking at deleting the heater core and all that trash. I was wondering if someone could provide me with an idea of how the coolant flows through the aux pumps and such, as I'd like to remove that all.

Delete all hoses apart from those in this picture:

and route hose 5 straight back into 6.

Cut up a piece of copper pipe or summat to mate the hoses together :D

EDIT: While I think about it you might want to delete the throttle body heating too... especially if you're charge cooling. I'd also route hose 6 straight back into the block where hose 13 is supposed to enter...

Good advice, but I don't understand why the larger diameter #6 would want to mate with the smaller diameter inlet (3/4" OD) where #13 enters the head.

Might want to stick with the proper routing of #6 and rid yourself of #13 and #14 and plug all associated orifaces.

My original post was supposed to be kinda like this:

I must not have explained myself correctly.

On a side note it's now 11.30pm and I can finally get the f*ck outta this hellhole of a workplace...

Nope, I started at 7.30 am :(

We're mid go-live season at the moment, so it's kinda expected that we'll work stupid hours... the $50/hr on overtime is quite handy though, may not be much to some, but I've only been outta uni 12 months and it's a lot to me :D
