Small water pipe came out while doing water pump

I've been in there all day. No amount of persuasion or WD-40 would ease the o-ring's grip on the small pipe. Finally it popped out of the back.

What is my best option?

1. Remove intake manifold and reseat pipes with new o-rings

2. Remove radiator to pull the pipe all the way out, apply some blue Permatex at the end and push it back in place

3. Just push it back in

4. Other suggestion..

I'd go for option 3 but then I'm lazy.

It seems that if option 3 doesn't work then you could always try option 2, and if that doesn't work then you'd get the "fun" option 1 of removing the intake manifold.
