Finally decided on a car to replace my supercharged 318 track rat... been talking to this guy all week, and got him to lower the price from 8000 to 7500. I'm driving out to Las Vegas and picking it up on Friday! Can't wait... I'm gonna take the strut brace/x-brace/coilovers/sway bars from the 318 and throw them on here (already M3 fitment) and replace any worn bushings (probably control arm and rear trailing arm, maybe subframe/diff), then probably end up gutting the interior and running my Sparcos and harnesses.

Road trip!!

OBD I m3, sweet that saves you the task of slapping the intake from a 325 on there for cheep power and it doesn't have that **** cyclonic valve that the later cars have, or that ****ing air pump

or 11 million o2 sensors to fail, or, or.... :D

What's the electrical tape for?

What's the electrical tape for?
painter's tape, actually. keeps glass from shattering when applied over headlights/fogs, and keeps pretty paint from getting rock chips thrown at it tailing someone's sticky rubber at 80+ mph on the track so she can go to the clean car contest 2 weeks later and look like the other picture :)

actually the 4 02 sensors are the most harmless part, the back two almost never die, they are shielded from the heat fluctuations by the cat and are just there to monitor the cat's output, and the front pair are much closer to the exhaust ports and run cleaner from getting up to temp faster

Nice. Did the rear subframe mounts break on your 318i?? I think that was you or someone else.
