i found the problem with my blower motor

I took the cover off and exposed the blower motor and spun the fan and the fan started to work.... It must be the brushes... Did I read somewhere, where someone just replaced the brushes. Thanks in advance. If you can where can I pick some up..

you should also try to oil the bearings while it is accessable.
