brief translation of most important stuff:
Die Sättel wurden gestrahlt und mit neuen Dichtsätzen überholt.
.... have been (sand?) blasted and equipped with new gasket sets
in addition you will get a good set original BMW brake pads
..brake disks are still very good respect. almost like new
new price for the brake calipers only at BMW 1.400 EURO approx.
Die Überholsätze kosten 80Euro pro Sattel
the repair kits cost 80 EURO per caliper
Used it very little, sold the car and removed the parts from the car.
I have bought a similar set from the guy, still waiting to recieve it. He has lots of other nice things for E34.

Question: apparently in USA the brake pads are not available from the dealer, made by Textar.

What else fits? Have this question for a 750 E32 made according to EURO/German specificaion.

Not true when I emailed BMA about 1 year ago. BMA sell the stock (textar) pads
I spent a long time researching pads for these brakes as they seem rare outside Europe, no wonder since they were only on the e32 750i (German) cars. Thanks Erich for your help previously.
The pads that can be used are;
Pad compatibility

and E34 m5 3.8L brake pads also. They fit and are exactly the same size, these are the same brakes on the e31 850csi also.

Maybe these are the best pads for heavy, hard use;
Ferodo pads., Picked up a full set of DS2500s for 150quid from circuit supplies.
However the fronts (FCP646H) are about 1cm shallower than original. These are for the Mercedes W124 3.0 24V/3.2/4.2/5.0
I don’t think it would matter at all though as the rotor is smaller anyway. 324mm vs 345mm for the m5 3.8L - http://www.bimmer.info/forum/showthread.php?p=243537#post243537
I crossed matched the FCP646H and got this also.

This is what I’m not certain about and it doesn't look right as the pad sizes are quite different.
I used the lucas/trw pad. They bite very well from cold, but are dusty. I got them locally for around aud$110.
