Will this work with a 525i? You say you have a manifold for the 535i? Or am I reading everything wrong....?

It will "work" for any car provided you have the appropriate turbo manifold and space. I bought his manifold a while back, contemplating takin this off his hands as well... hmm.

So is it a case of changing the manifold and fitting the turbo on the 535i or is there more to it? Can you fit it with no other modifications?

This would work on your car, it might spool a little later than you like though, if I had guesstimate I'd say 4,000ish you'd be near full
If you can't find a smaller turbo for less/same price then buy mine :D
Unless you're planning on something crazy ;)

there are a few more things that need to be done :D
exhaust and intake plumbing and some fuel regulation at the very minimum
