I need help 1992 535i timing adjustment

I was curious of where the vibration damper is in terms of the notch on the lower timing cover.
If someone has a pic on where it whould be It would be appreciated.

Here is a pic of the notch in the timing cover. What degree should be bottom end be at when the head is at tdc at number 1?

There is a mark on the dampener for TDC, OT. Align the marks.
