window switch sticks

I have a 92 525it that I just purchased. The passanger front window goes up and down when it wants. The previous owner said he thinks he spilled coffee on the console and the switch is dirty. how do you remove the cluster of window switches so I can get in there and clean t out TIA,

Take your time. I used electric tape on my pliers.
