Timing belt on an M62? What!?
:: Does this sound like a good deal? ...aside from the fact I don't like woodgrain inside... silver exterior... automatic tranny...
Being sold as a trade in at another manuf dealer. Guessing that if I can push it to 18000 or even 19000 CAD (snow tires, timing belt needed maybe etc), then it's a good deal.

in the US, that's a terrible deal - but I don't know what the conversion from CAD-US is.
Actually, didn't see that it's an 02. If that were USD that's not toooo far off from what a dealer would charge.

How the hell did you get your post above mine... when mine is the thread starter?!
It's an e39. No belt?

Yeah, it's an 02... which seems about 3-4 grand cheaper than usual. Keep in mind cars are cheaper overall too... I was looking at used TTs here and they are 8-9 grand more than in the States.
