idle up...

i have a problem...

my car's idle doesnt automatically go up...

if i put on the aircon...
and engage the gear...

supposedly... it will idle somewhere arnd 700-800rpm

however... mine drops from

1000... without aircon...
800... with aircon...
500... with aircon and gear...

during traffic stops... the engine sometimes
dies too... any help?

Dead, or dirty, idle control valve (ICV) ?

just checked and cleaned it... btw its fairly new... and working...
still no difference...
