Help me decide... Stick or Twist...

Mpars or what I've got now, really torn and need to make a decision shortly...

Looking at:
18" Staggered MPars in good condition with 4mm front tyres (245/40/r18) and 4/5mm rear tyres (265/35/r18).

My wheels curently:
18" e60 wheels - 6mm tread all round (235/40/r18)...

Reasons to stick - Nearly new tyres, do like the looks, ride well, cheaper tyres(rear), wider rears will cause decrease in accel/mpg...

Reasons to change - The Mpars look really amazing: less flashy, easier to clean, could switch my front tyres with the others and sell my wheels to lessen cost...

What do you think???

I actually don't mind the E60 wheels on the E34.

As sexy as M-Pars are... They aren't all that unique or individual anymore. Every 2nd E34 is rocking M-Pars these days!!

Get the mpars, IMHO the best looking wheels for the e34 are mpars and style 5's. I haven't looked back since I got mine, in the UK they are not overly common on e34s. They still look flash though when they're clean (they're a bitch for brake dust) so don't expect to stand out less and some M5s came with these fitted, all you need is the rear plate surround and yours will look identical.

Everyone's got mpars.... rock the e60. Put the money for the mpars into the suspension. Lowered with e60's will look great.

I'd go with the Mpars. Like both sets, but think the Mpars suit the vehicle more. Just remember to swap the Ling Longs over where you can. ;)

If you're going to recoup some of the money by selling your other ones and you prefer the Mpars, then may as well go with it. Just have to reel in the wheel spins to save you replacing the 265s too often! :D

LOL! The Ling-Longs will be staying with me longtime thats for sure! Think I'm going to get the 18" set if I can get them for the right price... 265's will be expensive to replace though your right there - unfortunately my rear Ling-Longs are too thin to go on the rears! :D

This is the case on this forum, but in reality every E34 I normally see on the road is bone stock or beaten down.

I say go for the M-Pars, they go so well with the classy lines on our cars and are truely a timeless BMW masterpiece
