Blinker Issue

HEY GUYS.. when i purchased the car off my buddy he failed to mention that when I use the blinker it stays on .. i have to physically pull the lever back to neutral position just to stop it from blinking? Any one else have this issue?

Buy a new lever, most probably the pin is broken which pulls it back. Than happens when someone removes steering wheel and then does not know exactly how to install it again.
Remove it and inspect it before you order a used one or a new one.
