My ex Stuttgart Polizei under cover car with Nürburgring suspension, M5 brakes, 90 litre gas tank, LSD + a lot more, before the Polizei, owned by M GMBH and was a test car with a 4582cm3 350BHP engine!! But the original M60B40 engine was put in before it was sold to the Polizei, of course a 540i/6:D

wth is EDC?

EDC is in this case Nürburgring suspension just like M540i/540i M-Sport/540i LE and of course M5 3,8 (option to have the switch 92-94, standard on 95) only 7 HE51 (Euro 540i/6 Limousine LHD) of 797 built has Nürburgring suspension so it's a rare car in every way, it's a keeper:) , 135 000km so they didn't drive to much=).

Well, they like the E34, but not as under cover police car with radar detectors, or do you like those cars, whatever brand they are :p

There are also a lot of E34 still active in the fire brigades, usually as command center, low limeage.
But as used car maybe not the optimum choice, as they are always in a hurry, they really do not mind if the engine is ice cold or at operating temperature, speed is all to get to the fire as quick as possible.

i don't see radar antennas on anything shown so far. why wouldn't they like them? do zee germans have arrest warrants out for them?
