Instrument Cluster Lighting Issue- No backlighting for Tach & Coolant Gauges

Anyone have any thoughts? Yes, I've checked the bulbs they are all good. Do these two gauges have a common ground? Power?

Have a look at the connections between the halves of the cluster and the plugs in back of the cluster. One of mine has the speedo side dark sometimes. A rap on top of the dash usually brings mine back on for now until I muster the ambition to pop the cluster out.
