Right floor vents ..no hot air

Just finished a 1300 mile trip with outside temps around 20-30F. I have notice that there is no hot air coming out of the floor vents on the right side of the car. The front or back. What should I look for?

Should first look at the step motor that control the flap of this floor vent (the one just under the blue wire on the attach photo, that the easiest to reach on the 535
