So I bought myself a vibratory polisher and I haven't used it too much. My bud pulled these acorn cap nuts off his M50 valve cover and along with all the hardware I just pulled from my engine bay removing the front end, I stuck it in the vibratory polisher for 2 stages.
Here is how it came out after 15 hrs of polishing the last stage. I will probably run my own hardware even longer to see if the results are better!

Wow, didn't realize such stuff existed (vibrators that clean stuff). Nice results, I have a feeling you'll get some use out that. Nice friends you keep ;)
Toss in the tools in the toolkit, some rims, a z4, your pocket change.........
Actually, reminds me of how I do laundry. Start a load, then remember/stumble across all the dirty $hit you forgot to throw in. Make four extra trips downstairs to add more :D

Its funny - same motor in the HF as in the Caswell/Eastwood unit... it was $59 vs $250+
Go figure :)

Just leave it prob. I could clear them, that'd be neat and easy to clean. Hrm...
