duh 'cause it's old right? Is there a spring or something inside the flap that i can reshape from the outside with pliers or something? i compared to the ps and it doesn't seem to be missing anything and looks in good shape.

theres a plastic clip type thing that holds the arm which is worn...eventually it will break if you keep moving it.

Yeah, mine did the same thing. Definitely heard something snap in the visor the day it happened.
Mine now has no friction what so ever and just hangs limply :D. I'll need to put some gorilla snot in the hole, so it has something to hold on to, so it stays in the desired position..........

You`ve lost the spring! Its visit the scrap yard or use Velcro on the roof time.
