Need 1993 740i oil change details (my first :))

Hey guys. I'm doing my first oil change this morning on my 93 740. Does anyone have a link to oil change directions for a 1993 740i? (The engine has been replaced so I think its the M62?) Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, The stuff I need to know is where to find the drain bolt, where to find the oil filter, what type of oil is recommended (brand included if it makes a difference), and how much oil to put in. Feel free to add in anything else you think I might need :) Thanks in advance.

The drain plug on my 4l is on the bottom of the pan. It can be removed with either a 17mm socket or an allen wrench (6mm?). The filter is in a housing on the left front of the engine, and requires a 36mm socket to remove the cap from the filter housing. Your new filter should come with a new rubber seal for the filter housing cap, and a new crush washer for the drain plug. Have 8 qts of oil available, and plan on using at least 7.
