Government regulates everything else on a motor vehicle, why not trailer hitch ornamentation? The guy didn't know how to explain it to his child - that's a great reason to enact legislation and to criminalize what really amonts to free speech.

While I totally disagree with creating legislation against this, I do understand the guy's situation. I had my 9 year old daughter in the car with me the other day when she pointed to a truck in front of me and asked "Daddy, what is that hanging from the back of that truck??" It took me a few seconds to realize what she was pointing at and my brain to register the whole rubber testicles thing. Not a discussion I was prepared to have on the spur of the moment while driving down the road. =)

It's easy. Just start off with, "Lemme tell ya about testicles..." and the rest just kind of works itself out. Just save some money for the psych bills when she gets a little older...

besides, the bill states "human genitalia", and those are not human genitalia replicas... or else everyone I know is WAY undersized. They were "bull balls" when they first came out some 10 years ago. :D

The real question is why doesn't his daughter already know what testicles are anyway?

my 4 year old son asked me what they were, and I told him it was silly, but the driver wanted everyone to know his truck was a man truck. the end and no further discussion was required.
