on 14th of jan it was raining heavely here and it stands about one and a half day raining so heres a pic of an empty area and the people park there cars in it its a sandy area

Typical Chevrolet Capris owners (they are actually Holden Statemans) leaving the window open when it's flooding :P Even with the windows closed, water will still probably seep through the doors.
