I just bought 17" M5 reps for winter on the e39...

I see these as a summer option!

NO!!! It will ride like crap and you will crack or dent those rims. When going to 19" you have to increase the tire size diameter. Look at the e39 M5s and they ride on larger diameter tires. Also, when going 19in, you have to get strong wheels. Cast aluminum will not work for long. I have seen a few 19in wheels dent and crack as people went for looks and did not put enough emphasis on function.
