i bought my kit from BMA to convert to r134a.

G'day,
The old refridgerant has finally run out and no-longer available... Anybody out there in the same boat whose had to do mod/upgrade parts to take new gas...and if so, what are the parts/kit I'll need...

But fix the leak first! You can still get R12 at the garage only. However, you must fix that leak... even going to R134a... because R134a is smaller size and will leak faster.

you can usually get someone to fill it with old refrigerant...if you ask the right people!
