I'm getting an IHKA short B- error in BMW DIS.
Would that meen short in the sword or wiring?
History:
I redid the transistors on the sword a while ago but even at switch off I'm hearing fan working a bit. 1,2,3 possitions are not as pronounced but different, 4 is at full I think - it could blow better though.

Thanks

Thanks Shogun,
So it is my sword. I need to zero in on the component though. I have a question, in you earlier post you say:"In case the blower fan only starts at let's say 3.5 volts then the pre-amplifier IC (I think it is IC LM 139) is defective. There are 2 pre-amps installed. Cost around 2 $ if you do it yourselves." - where do I find these IC and what can I replace them with? You don't mean transistors, do you?
Cheers

Hello.

Sorry I can't help with your problem but I'm interested in BMW DIS. I know its off topic, but what is it and where did you get it from? All I know is that it is the factory diagnostic system.

Thank You!
