Well, I know you guys watched it... as you are car fans... otherwise we wouldn't be talking about our BMWs... So, what are your impressions?

I agree, the mustang idea sucks.

Did not watch it but saw commercials. Loved the original.

The little bit I saw of it last night didn't impress me all that much. Seemed kinda blah. It is great that writter's can't come up with new ideas for a TV show and just decide to resurrect shows from the past.

They should have used an M5.yo - couldn't have said it better - i didn't realize everyone in california drives fords now. everything but the cop girl on girl was dumb. actually that was dumb too but at least the ladies kept my interest up until the start of the second period.

Premiere is a 2 hours show... no way to dvr in 30 minutes unless you skip alot... I find dvr can save me 15 minuetes of commercial per hour of show... so how did you do it in 30 minutes?

didn't even know it was on or i'd have dvr'd it. that way i could watch it in 30 minutes.

Poor.

I used to watch the old show and enjoyed it. This one was pretty weak - can't really put my finger on it, but it was cheesy. But then, maybe it's because it's just not "period" enough, I dunno.

meh, When I watch a show I'm iffy on, I skip over all the talking.

MAybe they will repeat it... but I doubt there are more than 30 minutes of car scenes in the two hours.

I didn't even watch that trip when I was a kid....

I've got better things to do with my time, then watch a f'n talk'n car TV show.
