Best stock style exhaust system?

I would prefer a high quality OE style quiet exhaust system from the cat back. Not sure which brands are best these days.

I am just about to the point of replacing my orginal exhaust system. It is getting louder, deeper and drones a bit. I do not see any rusted out areas. I understand they rot internally.

BTW, does the exhaust manifold have gaskets and can it lossen up and make noise? Just a thought.

Eberspacher (sp?) is the OEM brand - you can find them online for $300 or so. The manifolds have gaskets at the head, and at the collectors, as well as aft of the cats.
