From my understanding, this is what you should find under the DME covering panel (with an actual relay for the fuel pump instead of a fused switch):

However, on my 10/88 Build Date 535iA, there are only 2 relays. One is the DME relay, and the other is a mystery orange/yellow-coloured relay with part number 61 31 1 376 301. When I put this part number into RealOEM, nothing comes up. Is it the fuel pump relay? O2 sensor relay? Would the new orange coloured relay P/N 61 36 1 378 238 work in its place, as shown in this diagram?

Could it be that 535i's don't have O2 sensor relays?
