I probably asked you this before, but what size is it and did you need to do any cutting to install it? That must be one of the largest ones I've ever seen.
I just want to be sure that question doesn't have any sexual connotations?

Ehh - if I got another radiator it'd be a PWR 57mm, but theres no need yet - I have never had a cooling issue and my radiator is fairly new. We'll see.

Try and answer some questions since .info doesn't multi-quote:

Kriss - 30x20x4 is the size of the intercooler.

Bad Manners - no, you will not benefit at all by doing that. The only reason an intercooler works is because the air that goes through it is compressed and hot. You can't suck in ambient temperature air and cool it with ambient temperature air across the heat exchanger - you'll actually be restricting your air flow.

Bad Manners - I guess sell it if you don't have a turbo lolI know that the radiators are designed to work within the tolerances of the car's engine... one hot day and you could get temporary coolant spikes that the computer and the thermostat won't control very well- you've gone nuts w the induction and it seems a big risk not to cover the effort you are taking on this project.

If I had a smaller turbo I could fathom a lag change yeah. Fortunately I am moving air with a gigantic turbo that has serious CFM, so if anything the intercooler will be the first thing to start flowing :) No tricks really, big intercooler requires big air, and theres usually a decent pressure drop associated. Just crank that boost up and hang on.

Yea, but I have to change to much at the moment and im not ready to do that all at once.

I need to change my tranny first to support the power that a blower or turbo would put out, and then put a blower on turbo and then tune, it's all planned, just not all at once as per my budget will allow.
