....as in this crap is stuck on there like a transmission housing gasket that only came off in pieces. if i scrape it, it'll end up on the bores. do i have to take it to a shop to clean it? this manual isn't exactly clear as to where all the pistons are in the pump. i found the obvious two, but the book shows a pic with a spring and a snap ring that i can't see. i'd love for someone to tell me that i could dump this sob into aircraft remover, or that it would be ok to leave the thing covered in gasket camoflage. thanks.
