Why do idiots put items for sale with no pricing?
Because they think that once you respond they can talk you into a too high price. I still get sucked in once in a while.
No price = too high
No mileage = a zillion, but "low for the year"
It makes so much more sense to answer all basic questions up front.
I just finished a three round e-mail exchange with some dildo who wouldn't commit to a price but insisted on me making a sight unseen offer. If you want an auction put your trash on e-bay. $%$$#$& time wasters!
>>>Vento, this ad did have a price, not unreasonable either.

Without trying to get into a p......g contest I think you make too many assumptions. I am not very adept on computer and was trying to post pics with my son helping me. I agree its not very smart to try and sell something without placing a price on it. It kind of gets me that you can make this kind of judgement without knowing the facts. It also colors opinions of people who know you and not me. Fair or not I know its easy to be rude and demeaning on the net where no face to face contact is required. Could it be that you make yourself feel good by showing mistakes of another? Maybe my skin is too thin and I should forgive what you said but at the moment I cannot.
I have sold quite a few parts to those in this forum and have not heard any complaints from anyone. And if I do make a mistake and sell something that someone is not happy with I would try and make it right.
So there I got that off my chest. I come here often and like most of what I see happening with advice and the range of style and ideas. I appreciate those who maintain this site and regulate what goes on. I will try to adhere to the rules and ethics of what makes this forum work. If you have some criticism please try and do it in a more constructive way. Some of the comments are not warranted and remind me of road rage which is never a good thing.

HI Shawn,
I talked to this guy because he lives less then a mile from me. Not many e34s in bay city either. His car is nice. 180k but only half of it on the block. Maybe a little lifter noise on start up but still smooth running car. After I talked to him and told him about this forum he decided to keep the car. I told him most of the depreciation was already gone and he would not get the 5500 he was asking.

Well he changed his mind again. Didn't drop the price at all, either.
