E34 locks

Ok, so I have a 90 E34, 525i and the rear door locks don't work. Not only do they not work, they don't unlock at all and the doors won't open! Maybe I need an actuator, but I don't know because the front door locks still work pretty well! If anybody has any advice at all, it would be greatly appreciated!

Strange that both don't work. Could be something further up the line. If it is the actuators, you have to remove the door panels from the inside. Hard not to wreck them.

Thanks for the advice. Do you know if there is any way to unlike the doors if the central locking system doesn't do it?...like maybe a slim jim would work, or is there another way to unlock them? Thanks again!
