Suspension question

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of spending some cash on updating the suspension on my 91 525i.
I think the current set up is a little old and tired and I want something a little more sporty.
The problem is I know nothing about suspension or where to find a trusted suspension workshop or what brands to look at and avoid and what the potential cost is going to be.

Would love to know what you guys think.

The question here would be: Do you want to lower the car or just stiffen up what you have?

I would be talking to car club members to see who they would recommend or one of the better BMW service guys (not a Dealer).

Hi Pete, just did mine. Used King springs all round and Bilsteins HD all round.
For the springs KDRL 13HD for the back and the fronts are KDFS14. For the shocks I bought from BMA: cheaper than here delivered.
