May have a blown bulb. I think it's as simple as un-screwing the socket from behind the lenze.

Could be a bad ground. Put side lights, hazards, indicators and brake lights on at once. If it lights up like a xmas tree you have your answer

My hazards light doesn't work either. I had changed all light bulbs and still my left trunig lights does work. Does the right and left signals use the same relay? Why the right signal works? ut not the left.
Thanks
Most likely this is corrosion in one of the bulb sockets or connector.

i cleaned out some corrosion in my e28's sockets and it got the rear taillights to work. Just take it out and scrape it and wash it out.

I would borrow a flasher can and test again. They are double relay type one for left and one the right.
You will find your flasher can in the fuse area under hood turn on the working turn signal and follow the noise!

I did turn on the right signal which it works and yes find the relay. when I turn on the left signal which that doesn't work there was no noice come out of the relay. Does both signals work off one relay?

You guys are going to flame me for this but a good way to clean light holders is to soak them in an ultrasonic cleaner. I work in a print shop and we clean our number machines this way. I took eight tail light bulb holders from my 740 and soaked them for two minutes in the solution along with the rubber seal. Cleaned them up perfectly. ;) Not sure your local dentist or jewelery store will let you use theirs but if you have access to one they work great. High end shops actually clean motors with these.
