One must always be extra wary of the tactics employed by the more powerful of two enemies, especially when it has an inferiority complex...

Sounds fair. The M30 is nearly as old as me and I'm still going strong:) But Mr BMW knows a thing or two about engines and if the 30 was that good he would have kept it. Vorsprung durch technik? I rather think so

the m30 is old old old engine terms...and it was old when it was phased out in 1992...it is still a honey to drive tho...
