Front seat does not go up/down

Just found my front driver's seat will not go up/down. Everything else seems to work. NOT a memory seat.

What would typically cause this? My first thought is a motor. However, there is no sound of a motor tying to move. Switch, wiring connection or even a fuse?

I plan to look into it this weekend. TIA for any thoughts.

Fuse, wiring connection under seat, switch for seat (to be cleaned).
In case you hear the motor: same procedure as twisted seat back.
Or the inner part of the bowden cable is broken. Remove bowden cable on one side, use a drilling machine and attach to bowden cable and try to turn.
