transmition oil

hi every body

i have 525i 95 model with 141000k and i ask if it need to change the oil transmition and filter and with type of oil is better

other stupid question that can i change the filter oil for the engine without drop the oil from the engine, the resone for that that i change the oil early with long life one without change the filter

the last question is that in low speed my steering while moving make noice like blastic frection or some thing like that what i have to do
