At the Junkyard, how long will it take to remove the thrust arm? car already being jacked up as if on stands and everything else intact. Thanks

Oh, anywhere from 30 minutes to three days ;) But seriously, if you've haven't read the thrust arm stories here, it might be worth a look, or laugh. It will entirley deoend on how 'stuck' the ball joint end is in the steering arm. Are you planning on using a puller? pickle fork? 10lb sledge?
I assume you're looking for the arm itself and will replace both the ball jint and bushing??? As such, you can ruin the balljoint in your quest to remove it.
Good luck in the muck,
Dave

The arm looks fairly new, still has Factory inventory sticker that is peeling off, a gentlemen was working on the passenger side removing the control and thrust arm and said they looked recently replaced before the car was damaged. so I assume the driver side arms are still new too.
I dont have any of thsoe except for a pry bar and a hammer, seems to work well.
