the link worked for me - that gibberish is a sad attempt by someone to attract the attention of search engines.

he's trying to drive traffic to the links in his gibberish so he can sell his Dodge stuff. search engines pick up on bogus links like this pretty quick and they are usually not included in search results, or as a way to validate search results.

search engine optimization. People take terms that are frequently searched, and then try to incorporate them into their websites. the thing is, the search engines know if the words are just there for them to notice, so they try to hide them in content that looks like it might be generated by a human.

they also create posts and links like the one you found that link back to the original pages to generate 'confidence' in the search engine - the search engine sees that many people link to this site, so it shoots up in the rankings, because part of the criteria for search result positioning is how relevant people find a particular page.
