The angle. Original Hella headlights in our cars (at least the European version)are adjustable for RHD and LHD. There are 3 screws in the back of the headlights, loses them turn the reflector a bit, tighten again. These cheapos are maybe only for RHD.
European owners manuals all have the instructions to change the headlights from LHD<>RHD, so if someone from the U.K. drives to "the mainland", he has to switch.
On my website there is an U.K. owners manual for E32, that also includes these instructions.
If you want real good quality Hella black original headlights,

They also have Kopi wheels

I've got no interest at all in black headlights (even though my M-Sport is Cosmos Black). Was just curious as to why LHD lights would be any different than RHD lights.
Guess I didn't look at the back of the new Hella's I put in my car last year well enough to notice that they were adjustable like that...

the rhd drive headlights have a low beam cut off like \_ except the angle would be 15 or 20 eg to the horizontal LHD of course is _/ so the twist of the headlights switches the horizontal bit to the angled cut of for the other side.....The rotation of the headlight is therefore only 15 or 20 deg.
