Door hinges and coolant leaks...

I noticed a strange problem on my car...on the front driver side door, where the hinge is bolted to the inside of the door, the metal is torn and flexes when the door is opened very far...what the heck can I do about this? Also, there is a strange coolant leak that I can't see somewhere around underneath the pedals or so...any ideas?
