Haha, hmm I wonder if that'll work on my shallow dented nsr door? May have to try this but the neighbours will think I'm mad :D

I dont quite get the perspective - was that done on the outside of the dented panel or the inside?

Seems like it will work on soft dent... where there is no line and where body work is smooth without any sharp angles... E34 is pretty sharp in almost every area.

I also wondered how thin that body work is... older cars are thicker.

I've heard about using a heat gun and ice cubes to the same effect. Have not tried it yet, though.
