Mark....what is the pricce for the non vanos M50 chip ? I currently have a auto....is there a difference with the 5-speed chip ? I have one I plan on installing later on.

Given there's been well over a hundred damn emails, I'll post it here and see if you get the message. I was asking whether there was any update on the email of 20 August which was:

The two chips I bought are labeled:

040804 which has hand-written 356412E34M5 on it – which you said in an email dated 4th September 2006 was the stock chip.

The other chip has 30204 and (printed) 3.6l M5 DME 350 This chip arrived on September 24th 2006.

You confirmed receipt of payment on 10 July 2006. On 30 August 2006 you said that the chips were sent from California (although they arrived one at a time, several weeks apart).

You may recall that the problem with both chips is that the car cuts out at just under 2,000 rpm until the engine is over 60 degrees celcius.

If you don't have this in your 525, get one!

I really appreciate the responsiveness to the pedal - I don't think all out acceleration is greatly different but the drive ability is much improved in that the accelerator pedal is more responsive (I used to have to push the pedal half way down to even get the car to move from a stop) - thanks Mark!

Yep it was sent to the gmail account. So was the follow up. and the follow up today.

Why have I waited for over two years to get the two working chips that I paid for. When will you honor one of the dozens of promises you have made?

Unfortunately, I must pass the offer because my 3.5 engine is out of the car awaiting overhaul and I'm driving on a 3.0 replacement :)
However, when it's done I intend to buy an E.A.T. chip - an ORIGINAL one ;) I'd wish if I could see the M30 MAF conversion done too...
Hope there'll be another discount by then ;)

I've seen what has MarkD's work done to Interceptor's car and I say it is definitely worth the money!
