Hi Group,
My windshield defrost doesn't work ... no air blows through the forward set of vents. The heat is there since I get hot air when I switch it to the bottom or rear facing vents and lots of blowing air. I can hear the fan working and air trying to come out somewhere but very little coming out the front vents when I have the top slider all the way over to the right and the other sliders to the left.
I think it is probably a flap motor but not sure. Will I have to pull the dash and what not to access the motors/flaps or is their an easier way?
The system is IHKR2 without the microfilter. (3 buttons, 3 slides, 3 dials) Build date 10/90, BK05739
