View Full Version : Torque for crankshaft bearing bolts?

M30 engine 535ia: What is correct torque setting for the main bearings on the crankshaft?
I have the oil pan off and want to make sure the bearing bolts are properly torqued before closing the engine. Bentley does not say.

man thats weak, i remember 100-150lbs being standard... thank god I havent had to rip into one of these yet. would make cheese out of the threads.
